Shares of Den Networks will remain in focus due to its stake sale plan in its joint venture firm.
Den Networks has entered into a share purchase agreement with Star India Pvt Ltd for selling 50 per cent stake in Star Den for ₹40.35 crore.
With this, the cable TV distributor will exit Star Den. In 2008, Star India and Den Networks had announced a joint venture to create a platform for distributing TV channels through fixed lines.
