The rights issue of BSE-listed Denis Chem Lab will open for subscription on Thursday.
The company plans to raise about ₹18 crore by issuing nearly 21.35 lakh shares at a price of ₹84 on rights basis to eligible shareholders in the ratio of two equity shares for 11 fully paid-up equity shares held on the record date (September 9).
Currently, the stock is hovering at around ₹109. Investors will watch the response to the issue.
