The board of directors of Dewan Housing Finance on Thursday approved issue of bonus shares in 1:1 ratio. The board recommended the issue of bonus shares in the ratio of one bonus equity share of ₹10 for every one fully paid-up equity share of ₹10 each, it said. The board also approved issuance of the postal ballot notice for the purpose of seeking approval of company's shareholders for issue of bonus shares. DHFL shares closed at ₹482.45 on the BSE, up 2.01 per cent.
