Dilip Buildcon (DBL) has received sanction letters for three hybrid annuity mode (HAM) projects. In a notice to the bourses, DBL said its three wholly-owned subsidiaries have received sanction letters from the NBFC and bank to finance their HAM projects. DBL’s bid cost for these projects is ₹3,771 crore. Besides, DBL is in advance stage to achieve financial closure for the remaining HAM projects, it said. Investors will closely monitor the development.
