DBL Bangalore Nidagatta Highways Pvt Ltd and DBL Nidagatta Mysore Highways Pvt Ltd, wholly-owned subsidiaries of Dilip Buildcon , have executed the concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India to execute six-laning of the Bangalore-Nidagatta section and the Nidagatta-Mysore section.
The projects will be executed on hybrid annuity mode. The construction period is 30 months and operation period s 15 years from the commercial operations date. Shares of Dilip Buildcon gained 0.55 per cent at ₹1,133.40 on the BSE.
