Two wholly owned subsidiaries of Dilip Buildcon — DBL Rewa Sidhi Highways Pvt Ltd and DBL Chandikhole Bhadrak Highways Pvt Ltd — have received sanction letters to finance their Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) projects. The Special Ppurpose Vehicles have submitted the requisite financing documents to the National Highways Authority of India within the timelines stipulated in the concession agreement related to the financial closure. Shares of Dilip Buildcon slumped 6 per cent to ₹403.30 on the NSE.
