Tuesday will see the board of D-Link India considering a rights issue to raise funds while the board of Jamna Auto Industries will discuss a stock split. Both companies will also announce their quarter and year-ended March 2015 financial results. Besides the quantum, analysts will look at the ratio and price of the rights issue of D-Link. The stock split ratio of Jamna Auto (current face value ₹10) will be keenly watched by market participants.
