Shares of Dr Reddy's Laboratories and Excel Industries will remain in focus, as the buyback window of these companies begins on Monday. DRL proposes to spend ₹1,569 crore to buy shares at a maximum price of ₹3,500 a share.
Excel plans to buyback at a price not exceeding ₹275 a share. The buyback is subject to maximum of 11.50 lakh shares from the existing holders/beneficial owners other than its promoters.
