Dynamatic Technologies on Friday informed the exchanges that it has entered into an agreement with Israel-based Magal Security Systems Ltd to pursue integrated security projects in India. The cooperation aims at increasing the market demand for high-end security products and solutions for critical infrastructure, and to provide combined integrated border management solutions, Dynamatic said in the notice. Shares of Dynamatic Technology gained 1.8 per cent at ₹2,887.05 on the NSE.
