Shares of eClerx Services may remain in focus as they will turn ex-date on Thursday for the proposed buyback. The company plans to buy back up to 17.46 lakh equity shares at ₹1,500 a share under the tender offer route using the stock exchange mechanism. The buyback offer size is ₹262 crore. Investors wishing to participate in the buyback process need to purchase and own the company's shares by Wednesday as eClerx has fixed the record date as May 10. eClerx on Tuesday closed at ₹1,138 on BSE.
