Enkei Wheels board to decide on preferential shares

The board of directors of Enkei Wheels (India) will meet on April 14 to consider and approve issue of equity shares to its promoter Enkei Corporation, Japan, on preferential basis. The proposal is subject to approval of members. Shares of Enkei Wheels edged up about a per cent at ₹385.80 on the BSE.
