The board of Entertainment Network (India) on Friday approved its foray into the United States radio market. Accordingly, it will incorporate one or more wholly owned subsidiaries in the US to enter into time brokerage arrangements involving AM frequencies and FM translators in key US markets and brand and content licensing arrangement with one or more radio operators to broadcast Mirchi's radio programmes. The aim is to target the South Asian community.
