Equitas: anchor gets ₹653-cr shares

Microfinance company Equitas Holdings allotted 5.93 crore shares at ₹110 a share amounting to ₹653 crore to 16 anchor investors on Monday. These investors included Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund, Birla Sun Life Trustee Co, SBI Mutual Fund, PI Opportunities Fund, UTI MF, ICICI Prudential MF, Kotak Mahindra MF, HDFC Standard Life Insurance, Birla Sun Life Insurance, Sundaram MF, Tata AIA Life Insurance, Reliance Life Insurance and Ambit Alpha Fund. The public offer opens on Tuesday at a price band of ₹109-110 a share.
