The board of Excel Realty N Infra on Thursday recommended an issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 2:1 (two bonus shares of ₹10 each for every one existing equity share) to its shareholders by capitalisation of reserves. The stock of Excel Realty gained 0.7 per cent at ₹128.85 on the NSE.
