Shares of Swaraj Engines and Technocraft Industries (India) will turn ex-date on Thursday for the proposed buyback. Swaraj Engines plans to buy back 2.94 lakh shares (worth ₹70.73 crore) at ₹2,400 a share. Mahindra & Mahindra had indicated it would tender a maximum of 97,915 shares and Kirloskar Industries 51,254 equity shares in the buyback. Through the ₹147-crore buyback, Technocraft plans to mop up 28 lakh shares at a price not exceeding ₹525 a share.
