Shares of Reliance Communications will remain in focus, as Ericsson India Pvt Ltd has filed an insolvency petition against the company before NCLT to recover ₹491 crore.
Ericsson has also filed petitions against RComs’ subsidiaries — Reliance Infratel and Reliance Telecom — to recover a total of ₹660 crore. The tribunal will hear the petition on September 26. Ericsson is one of the objectors to the merger of RCom with Aircel. Investors will monitor the development.
