Financial Technologies has settled its dispute with the NSE in the Bombay High Court, as both the parties filed consent terms on August 3, said the company.
The consent terms specify that FT's software ODIN (open dealer integrated network) should be removed from watch list with immediate effect and NSE shall give FTIL the application protocol interface (API) for the currency segment.
The consent terms also said that NSE shall grant approval in respect of new products/ services of FTIL subject to completion of pre-described requirements as agreed, and FTIL shall cooperate with NSE for the same.
The dispute between NSE and FTIL has been going on since 2008 when NSE put ODIN software, a market leader in its business on its watch list on allegations of the systems being prone to bugs.
