Poly Medicure has incorporated a subsidiary Poly Medicure B.V. in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Earlier in November, the company had informed the exchanges that it planned to expand its footprint overseas, and establish subsidiary companies in Europe and other continents. However, Poly Medicure did not disclose further details such as the objects, capital structure and its investment in the subsidiary. Shareholders will closely monitor the development.
