The board of directors of Foseco India on Friday decided to delist the company’s equity shares from the BSE. However, the shares will continue to remain listed on the National Stock Exchange of India, it said in a statement. All required formalities for delisting will be completed in due course of time, Foseco said further. Shares of the company edged down 0.31 per cent at ₹1,565 on the BSE.
