Shares of Oracle Financial Services Software may remain in focus, as FPIs have reduced their stake in the company. In a disclosure, the company said Sussex (Mauritius) and Wessex (Mauritius) have sold 11.89 lakh shares and 25.26 lakh shares in the open market between September 17 and 19. With this, their stake in Oracle Financial stand reduced to 12.98 lakh shares and 29.18 lakh shares, respectively. Investors will look for further action from them.
However, the fund houses mentioned have not substantially reduced their economic interest in the company. These FPIs have, in fact, merely replaced part of their direct cash equity holdings in Oracle Financial Services Software with long exposure swaps.
