The boards of Intellect Design Arena and Som Distilleries & Breweries will meet on Friday to consider fund-raising plans. Som Distilleries will approve a further issue of equity shares to investors under the FPI/FDI route on preferential basis and issue of convertible equity warrants to promoters on preferential basis.
Intellect Design Arena says fund-raising is appropriate after perusing the growth plans, especially emerging opportunities in the global banking space.
