The board of directors of Future Supply Chain Solutions will meet on Tuesday to consider raising of funds by way of issue of debt securities or any other mode. Investors would be keen to know the quantum of funds that the company plans to raise besides the main purpose for such a move. Through the IPO (offer-for-sale) in December 2017, its parent Future Enterprises and special situations fund SSG Capital sold 97.8 lakh shares to rake in ₹650 crore.
