Gabriel India Ltd has informed the BSE that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on November 14, 2011, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results of the company for the half-year and quarter ended September 30, 2011 and to recommend interim dividend, if any subject to the approval of the board of directors.
