Gayatri Highways Ltd (the resulting company) has received approval from the BSE and NSE for listing of its equity shares. These shares will be traded with effect from Thursday, June 28, 2018.
This follows a composite scheme of arrangement between Gayatri Projects Ltd, Gayatri Infra Ventures Ltd and Gayatri Highways Ltd (Formerly known as Gayatri Domicile Pvt Ltd) and their respective shareholders and creditors.
The Hyderabad-based construction and infrastructure company Gayatri Projects Ltd in a regulatory filing to BSE has announced that the equity shares of its de-merged entity, Gayatri Highways Ltd, will commence trading in the T group of securities. As part of the composite scheme of arrangement, 23,96,51,900 equity shares of Rs 2 each were allotted.
