Gayatri Projects

The board of Gayatri Projects has approved allotment of 36.04 lakh shares of ₹10 each fully paid up, at ₹203.78 a share by way of preferential allotment to foreign institutional investors (deemed FPI) on cash basis for an aggregate consideration of ₹73.44 crore. The stock of Gayatri Projects slipped 2.37 per cent at ₹439.90 on the BSE.
