Generic Engineering Construction & Projects has bagged orders worth ₹101.53 crore from reputed clients. Manish Ravilal Patel, Managing Director, said with these orders the company has further diversified the order book in the segments it carters to.
The current order book stands at ₹534 crore. Recently, Generic Engineering Construction had raised ₹89.50 crore through allotment of 21 lakh convertible warrants to the promoter group and 26,13,453 equity shares to the non-promoter group at ₹190 a share.
Of the allotted warrants, the promoters have already executed their right of conversion of three lakh warrants into an equal number of shares. The BSE-listed stock closed with a gain of 2.94 per cent at ₹264.10.
