Genus Power Infrastructures has won an order from a state-owned utility for implementation of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), including supply of 4.31 Iakh smart meters.
The value of the order is ₹312 crore (net of tax). This is the single largest order for AMI, directly finalised by any state utility in the country, it said in a statement to the exchanges.
Shares of Genus Power tumbled 5.27 per cent at ₹25.15 on the NSE.
