Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has informed the exchanges that the board of directors on Tuesday allotted 1.08 crore equity shares of face value ₹1 each at a price of ₹875 a share to Aranda Investments (Mauritius) Pte Ltd on preferential basis. Shares of Glenmark Pharma slipped about 0.7 per cent at ₹899.60 on the NSE.
