Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation has announced that that the Government of Gujarat vide Notification dated December 9 has declared December 12, 2016, as a public holiday on account of festival of Id-e-Milad. In view of this, the date of the 290th board meeting of GMDC stands rescheduled to December 13.
The company had posted robust Q1 results in late August. Subsequently, the stock price continued its uptrend and recorded a 52-week high at ₹119.3 on December 1. On Friday, the stock climbed 2.3 per cent to close at ₹101.3, in anticipation of positive results for the quarter ended on September 30. The stock has key resistance at ₹106 and support at ₹98.
