The Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal has ruled for return of refundable security deposits of ₹1,471 crore, earlier put as zero by the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority of India, for Delhi International Airport. It ruled that cargo, and ground handling revenues to be treated as non-aeronautical revenues. DIAL is a joint venture formed as a consortium between the GMR group (54 per cent), Airports Authority of India, Fraport AG & Eraman Malaysia.
