Goldstone Infratech's two directors in judicial custody over land dispute

Goldstone Infratech on Tuesday informed the exchanges that two directors of the promoter company, which is involved in real estate business, have been taken into judicial custody in connection with a dispute over a land matter relating to that company. “None of these two persons have control or directorships in the board of Goldstone Infratech,” the company said in a notification to the exchanges. Further the subject matter is in no way connected to Goldstone Infratech, the company added. But the company did not reveal the names of the directors or the name of the promoter company in the release to the exchanges. Shares of Goldstone Infratech crashed 4.95 per cent at ₹76.75 on the BSE.
