Goodluck India will set up a new manufacturing facility at Sikara village in Gujarat to cater to its existing line of business, such as steel tubes, pipes and precision tubes. The proposed facility will have manufacturing capacity of 72,000 tpa. The company will invest ₹74 crore in the new line. The funds would be raised through internal accruals and promoters’ contribution as well as via debt. Investors will monitor the development.
