Goodluck India to issue warrants to promoters

The board of Goodluck India will meet on Tuesday to allot warrants convertible into an equal number of equity shares to promoters on preferential basis. Goodluck India, erstwhile Good Luck Steel Tubes, is engaged in the manufacturing and exporting of a wide range of galvanised sheets & coils, towers, hollow sections, cold rolled close annealed coils and pipes & tubes. Investors will eye the quantum of funds the promoters will infuse in the company through the preferential allotment.
