A joint venture of GPT Infraprojects has bagged order worth ₹245.33 crore (BDT ₹297.56 crore), with the company’s share being 34 per cent (₹83.41 crore).
The order for the joint venture - GPTSEL-CCCL - has been received from the Office of the Chief Engineer (West), Bangladesh Railway, Rajshahi, for construction of rail line in connection with construction of the Ruppur Nuclear Power Plant and other ancillary works. Shares of GPT Infraprojects jumped 3.9 per cent at ₹161.10 on the BSE.
