NTPC was on a firm wicket on Friday morning, emerging the top gainer on the NSE as well. At 11.04 am the share was trading at Rs 134.50 against Rs 127.95 at close yesterday. This was a gain of 5.12 per cent.
Grasim Industries rode up 2.15 per cent to quote at Rs 3,751.10 against Rs 3,672 at close yesterday.
Dr Reddy’s Labs gained 1.85 per cent at Rs 4,299.40 against Rs 4,221.35 at close overnight.
YES Bank traded up 1.77 per cent at Rs 756.75 against Rs 743.60 at close on Thursday.
Cairn India advanced 1.72 per cent to trade at Rs 156.55 against Rs 153.90 at close last evening.
