Grindwell Norton has informed the exchanges that the strike at its Bengaluru plant has been withdrawn from Monday and normal operations restored. The workers union had gone on strike from November 2 following an impasse in wage negotiations. “The management is taking all steps to meet the requirements of its customers. The operations at the other six manufacturing locations of the company are unaffected,” the company had informed the exchanges in an earlier message. Shares of Grindwell Norton edged down 0.19 per cent at ₹723.40 on the BSE.
