Gujarat Fluorochemicals has informed the exchanges that Inox Wind Infrastructure Services, a step down subsidiary of Gujarat Fluorochemicals, acquired 100 per cent equity shares of Sarayu Wind Power (Tallimadugula) Pvt Ltd on December 9. Following the deal, Sarayu Wind Power has become a step down subsidiary of the company. The stock of Gujarat Flurochemicals slipped 0.6 per cent at ₹568 on the BSE.
