The allotment committee of Gulshan Polyols allotted 1.08 lakh equity shares of the company upon conversion of an equal number of warrants to Antara India Evergreen Fund. These warrants were part of the 3.4 lakh convertible warrants issued earlier. Shares of Gulshan Polyols gained 1.02 per cent at ₹453.7 on the BSE.
