The board of directors of Hathway Cable and Datacom will meet on Wednesday to consider and determine the issue price of the preferential issue.
The company plans to issue a maximum of 3.095 crore shares on preferential basis to Hathway Investments Private Limited, an entity forming part of the promoter group.
Shareholders of Hathway Cable will be keen to know the issue price and the quantum the company plans to raise through the preferential issue.
