The board of directors of Hatsun Agro Product Ltd has given its approval to raise up to Rs 50 crore through a rights issue.
The board has constituted a rights issue committee consisting of Mr P. Vaidyanathan, Non-Executive and Independent Director (Chairman), Mr K.S. Thanarajan, Joint Managing Director, and Mr C. Sathyan, Executive Director, of the committee to decide the pricing and basis of allotment.
