HBL Power Systems Ltd has informed the BSE that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on March 28 to consider a proposal for the merger of Beaver Engineering and Holdings Private Ltd with HBL Power Systems Ltd and related matters. Shares of HBL Power Systems closed 1.8 per cent lower at ₹35.45 on the NSE.
