Hitech Plast has informed the exchanges that it has received an order dated June 12, 2015, from the Bombay High Court granting permission for withdrawal of scheme of amalgamation. Earlier in May, the company’s board of directors had proposed to withdraw the scheme of amalgamation for merger of Hoyt Engineering Solutions Pvt Ltd with itself. Shares of Hitech Plast gained 1 per cent at ₹86.35 on the NSE.
