HCL Technologies held firm to keep gains of 8.66 per cent in late session on the NSE on Friday. At 3.35 pm the share was trading at Rs 1,791.75 as against its Thursday close at Rs 1,648.95. The company today announced that it had posted a 28 per cent jump in net profit during the second quarter ended December 31, 2015.
Tata Power made gains of 2.67 at Rs 90.50. The share had ended the previous session at Rs 88.15.
BPCL flared up to hold gains of 2.04 per cent near the close. It was trading at Rs 748.85 as against its previous close at Rs 733.85.
Lupin perked up 1.98 per cent at Rs 1,585.30 as against Rs 1,554.55 at close yesterday.
DLF built up gains of 1.95 per cent at Rs 169.90. The share had closed the overnight session at Rs 166.65.
