Lupin stayed ahead of the pack on the bourses through the trading session on Thursday. At 3.19 pm the share was trading at Rs 1,991.95 on the NSE, up 3.64 per cent on its overnight close at Rs 1,922.05.
HCL Technologies was trading at Rs 955, up 3.01 per cent on its previous close at Rs 927.10.
Tata Power charged up 2.77 per cent to quote at Rs 65 against Rs 63.25 at close yesterday.
GAIL was on a firm footing, making gains of 2.4 per cent at Rs 294.20. The share had closed the previous session at Rs 287.30.
IndusInd Bank traded up to quote at Rs 926 against Rs 905.55 at close yesterday. This was a gain of 2.26 per cent.
