What to Watch. Hindustan Construction: Board meet for QIP issue

The board of Hindustan Construction Company will meet on Wednesday to consider a fund-raising proposal. The company may consider issue of equity shares or other securities, including through qualified institutional placement, rights issue, preferential issue or through any other permissible mode or combination thereof. Investors would be keen to know the issue size and the mode of fund-raising. Besides, issue price will also be on shareholders’ radars.
