The board of Hindustan Organic Chemicals will meet on Friday to consider appointment of asset valuer to value HFL (as HOCL plans to divest its shareholding in HFL); transfer of its N204/CNA plant to ISRO alongwith about 20 acres land; stoppage of two plants — nitrobenzene and formaldehyde; and approval for disposal of seven plants (of Rasayani unit) and disposal of super structure and other items. Investors would be watching the development.
