Huhtamaki PPL: merger of arms

The board of Huhtamaki PPL (formerly Paper Products Ltd) will meet on Monday to consider a scheme of arrangement of the company with its subsidiaries - Positive Packaging Industries and Webtech Labels Private Ltd. The board had earlier in August considered the merger of these subsidiaries and approved the appointment of a valuer and merchant banker. Investors will track the development, as the board on Monday will consider the final restructuring plan.
