Huhtamaki PPL to merge arms with itself

The board of directors of Huhtamaki PPL has considered the consolidation of its subsidiary companies - Positive Packaging Industries and Webtech Labels Private Ltd - with itself and approved the appointment of a valuer and merchant banker. The board will meet again to consider the final restructuring plan. Shares of Huhtamaki PPL slipped 0.75 per cent to ₹278.10 on the BSE.
