Company News: Ind-Swift Laboratories

Ind-Swift Laboratories has raised ₹424.5 crore through allotment of redeemable non-convertible debentures to two investors. The drug firm has allotted 4,245 debentures to ECAP Equities and ECL Finance, Ind-Swift Laboratories said in a BSE filing. The tenure of allotment is six years, Ind-Swift Laboratories said. Shares of Ind-Swift Laboratories jumped 4.94 per cent at ₹82.80 on the BSE.
