Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd gained as much as 3.34 per cent to a record high.
The company's March-quarter consolidated profit rose about 24 per cent to Rs 841 crore ($130.42 million), according to an exchange filing on Monday.
The company has declared an interim dividend of Rs 9 per share.
The company's performance on loan growth and mix change has exceeded expectations in the past 18 months, say Nomura analysts.
The stock is up 54.7 per cent this year up to Monday's close.
